Grant Funding

Vernham Dean Parish Council has the power to award grants to organisations working for the benefit of the community in the Parish of Vernham Dean including Upton.

Grants are made from money provided by the council taxpayers of the parish of Vernham Dean and accordingly the Parish Council has a responsibility to satisfy itself that grants will provide benefit to the local community. The attached policy sets out the requirements that must be satisfied before grant applications will be considered.

Grants cannot be made to individuals or commercial organisations.
